Cross Country

The cross country season is now upon us and always we try and put both a mens team and ladies team together .Running cross country is ideal strength/stamina training for all types/standards of runner. The MidLancs series tend to be longer, with much larger fields than the Cumbria races. But very welcoming and strangely enjoyable, especially if you like mud.So if you fancy trying it keep an eye out on the Discussion Group for more info
