Want to improve your speed and running efficiency? Monday nights 6pm at QEGS 'Inside' Carpark (next to the sports field & tennis courts). This is a joint session open to all members of ER and Arragons Cumbria Tri Club. We will be on the QEGS field & 400m grasstrack, using the pavilion as meeting point. Sessions usually last no more than an hour, in an atmosphere of relaxed determination (if that's not a contradiction in terms). You don't have to be a fast runner, you just have to want to improve. After the long winter training runs around the streets
of penrith at last its time to start heading further a field .We have
now started our summer evening runs which takes us to some of the
more picturesque parts of the Eden valley .If you are interested in
joining us on our runs the take a look at the schedule below to see
