Summer Training
After the long winter training runs around the streets of penrith at last its time to start heading further a field .We have now started our summer Wednesday evening runs which takes us to some of the more picturesque parts of the Eden valley .If you are interested in joining us on our runs then take a look at the schedule below to see where we are.Click on link to show the meeting place on a map.

On Tuesday evening at Ullswater Community College in Penrith at 6.00pm We have sprint and speed work on the playing field With Alan .
